Relief Offers and Intervision in Awareness Work (5h) 2:00–7:00 pm

Awareness work often involves high emotional and structural responsibility & strain – yet collective spaces for reflection, processing, and care are often lacking.
In this workshop, we will learn how intervision can function as a structured, self-organized reflection format – and how it contributes to sustainable relief in awareness teams.

We will also address how individual and collective resilience can be strengthened, and try out concrete tools for mental hygiene, emotional self-regulation, and mutual support.

Contact Points and Concepts in Awareness Work (6h) 1:00–7:00 pm

The workshop “Contact Points and Concepts in Awareness Work” explores how we, as awareness workers, can establish and anchor sustainable awareness structures within organizations.

The focus is on contact points as permanent places where affected individuals can confidentially turn to. We will discuss the tasks, roles, and responsibilities of such structures as well as their interaction with existing processes within an organization.

Using practical examples, exchange, and exercises, we will look at how these aspects can flow into concepts that fit specific contexts and are sustainable in the long run. This includes clear responsibilities, transparent communication channels, and networking with other support services.

The goal is to take away concrete ideas and tools for building functioning contact points, and to gain more clarity on what should be included in an awareness concept.

The detailed program of the conference will be published here about 4 weeks before the event and sent by email to everyone who has registered by then.

We are still waiting for some information/feedback regarding funding. This means that we may need to cover fewer costs through donations/contributions. But to be on the safe side, we are calculating here without pending approvals.

If we receive more money for the conference than is needed to cover costs, we can use it, among other things, to support travel expenses.

The contribution for the conference includes food as well as tea, coffee, and snacks.

Model: pay as you can.
Enter the amount you can contribute – we do not ask for explanations. Financial means are not a requirement for participation.
