AwA* has an internal awareness point.

An internal awareness point for AwA* means: people can contact the awareness point with with feedback that is related to not keeping agreements or standards within awareness work, as well as any kind of boundary crossing behavior.

The internal awareness point of AwA* has a two-part structure:

There is a group of 4 people from AwA* that you can contact.
In alignment with your needs and wishes and only with your explicit consent they can take over the communication with the rest of the collective: if something comes up they will bring it to the next meeting of the collective and then it will be discussed who takes this over (with regards to capacities, resources, personal relations to an aggressor etc.)

There is also one part that consists of people from awaGraz, an awareness collective in Graz.
You can specifically contact this group if you have feedback and / or critique that you don´t want to share with someone who is part of AwA* collective or if it concerns somebody from the inner circle of the collective awa Graz will take over and offer you support.

In order to make sure that people who contact the internal awareness point of AwA* get the support that they need we decided to build this two-part structure: its purpose is to ensure that there are persons of trust who are not in positions of power who can provide support in the event of internal and external conflicts and decide how to deal with violence and discrimination.
