Against racism and discrimination in bars and clubs!
New recommendation and model house rule against racism and discrimination in bars and clubs!
This recommendation is aimed at club and bar operators and outlines step by step the measures they can take to implement the goal of non-discrimination and comply with legal regulations.
The recommendation and house rules are the result of a collaboration between ZARA, Klagsverband, Black Voices, and the Equal Treatment Advocacy.
Sich gegen Rassismus an der Clubtür oder im Lokal wehren oder als Zeug*in helfen!
There is also a new flyer that provides information on how you can stand up against racism at the club door or inside a venue and how you can help as a witness.
Being denied entry to a bar or club due to racism violates the Equal Treatment Act. The flyer explains how you can take action against this or support someone as a witness. It was developed as part of a joint campaign by the Equal Treatment Advocacy and Black Voices.
