The schooling for Awareness-officers (“Awareness-Beauftragte”) is offered regularly independantly of our public workshop programme. Registration for the next dates on 11. & 12. June 2026 and 12. & 13. August 2026 are open (see end of this page).

Our workshops teach the basics of awareness work – both for personal learning and for working within collective structures. We provide foundational knowledge for working in awareness teams and for the role of awareness coordinators.

The workshops include knowledge and exercises on the following topics:

• Understanding violence and discrimination from an intersectional perspective
• Providing support in situations of boundary violations
• Reflecting on power structures and privileges
• Promoting sustainability and resilience in support work
• Organising awareness work
