We work as a collective

Awareness work and the associated content are close to our hearts. We advocate for emancipatory safety and everything that comes with it. Collective work means to us working on projects together with minimal hierarchy.

Mindful and respectful interaction is important not only in our work with clients but also a value we implement and live within our team.

AwA* is:

As part of our activities, we regularly conduct team training sessions on topics such as gender diversity and awareness, managing drug use, and first aid/first responder skills.

We continuously provide educational materials, knowledge, workshops, and skills to activists and community-based organizations. Our awareness work is rooted in feminist, queer, and intersectional grassroots initiatives. It is important for us to share these resources in an accessible way with these groups.

As an awareness collective, we are connected in various ways with other groups and networks. In our work, we collaborate with youth organizations, feminist groups, space collectives, event organizers, interest groups, and many others. This includes, among others: IG Club Kultur, 4lthangrund für Alle, Awareness Institut,Checkit, Zara
